Hon'ble Rajeev Misra,J. Ref: Correction Application
Heard Mr. Shailendra, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 25.5.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in stead of Article 227, Article 226 has been mentioned in the first line of the second paragraph of the order dated 25.5.2018. He further submits that the date of summoning order has wrongly been mentioned in the last line of the second paragraph as 15.6.2014, where as the correct date of the summoning order is 15.9.2014. He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 25.5.2018 be corrected.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of Article 226 occurring in the first line of the second paragraph of the order dated 25.5.2018, Article 227 shall be read, and the date of the summoning order mentioned as 15.6.2014 in the last line of the second paragraph of the order dated 25.5.2018, shall be read as 15.9.2014.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 25.5.2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application is disposed of.
