Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct respondent no. 2 (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) to take appropriate decision upon the application dated 16.12.2017 filed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in respect of measurement/fixation of boundaries of Arazi No. 879, 943 and 956 situated in village Daudiyahi, Godhana Sudhwai, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) with a stipulated period.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of self attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court.
It is made clear that this Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
