Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that a restoration application filed by him, has not been decided, till date.
Perusal of the order-sheet of the restoration application filed on 27.04.2019, shows that on two of the 3 days fixed, the restoration could not be heard as the lawyers were on strike.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the court below namely, respondent no. 1, Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar, Maharajganj may endeavour to decide the restoration application expeditiously provided the lawyers do not go on strike.
