Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the respondents to pay the entire retiral dues along with interest for which he has already made a representation to the respondent no. 2 on 26.05.2018 which is still pending disposal.
Shri Pranjal Mehrotra has no objection if the present petition is decided at the admission stage itself.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (The Deputy Project Manager, U.P. State Bridge, Construction Unit-1, Lucknow) to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
