The writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 01.12.2018, registered as Case Crime No.125 of 2017, under Section 366 IPC, PS. Rehar, district Bijnor.
Sheetal (petitioner-1) is present in the Court and claims to be major. In support of her age her High School marks-sheet has been filed in which her date of birth has been mentioned as 4.1.1999. She states that she has voluntarily married Harvesh Singh (petitioner-2).
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.125 of 2017, under Section 366 IPC, PS. Rehar, district Bijnor, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
