Heard Sri Vijay Shantam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned A.G.A. states that in compliance of the Court's order dated 11.07.2019, a letter was sent to the S.S.P. Bulandshahar but he has not received any response from the concerned S.S.P.
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahar shall ensure the compliance of the order dated 11.07.2019, failing which he shall appear in person on the next date fixed in the matter.
Let the matter be listed on 21.08.2019, till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance of FIR dated 30.06.2019, registered as Case Crime No.527 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar.
