Sheetal Kumari(petitioner-1) has been produced from Rajkiya Mahila Sharnalaya, Prem Nagar, district Bareilly by S.I. Lal Bahadur ( P No.922530119), Woman Constable 1289, Neeshu and Woman Constable 835 Kanchan Mishra. According to her medical certificate dated 16.7.2018, her age was about 19 years. She is also having a female child in her lap. She states that she has voluntarily married with Dharmendra (petitioner-2) and wants to go with him. Dharmendra is present in the Court, who has been identified by her.
In view of the statement of Sheetal Kumari (petitioner-1) this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Sheetal Kumari (petitioner-1) is set at liberty forthwith and is permitted to go with Dharmendra (petitioner-2).
