Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved against the result of examination of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2018 conducted for filling up the post of assistant teachers in Junior Basic School. He states that he is allotted lesser marks than what he deserves as per his conviction and wants that scanned copy of his answer sheet may be provided to him. He further asserts that the matter is squarely covered with the case of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla and 118 Others v. State of UP and 3 Others in Writ- A No.18235 of 2018 decided on 30th October, 2018.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the above factual and legal position.
In view of the above, let the scanned copy of the answer sheet to be issued to the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order provided he has made requisite fee as required under the Government order.
The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla (supra).
