JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri J.N. Singh Tomar, learned Special Counsel for the opposite parties.
Shri Tomar prays for and is allowed a week's time for seeking instructions.
List in the week commencing 19th July, 2010.
Till the next date of listing further proceedings in Criminal Case No. 445/2009, under sections 9-A/25-A of NDPS Act, 1985 and summoning order dated 14.5.2010 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Room No. 12, Lucknow , so far as it relates to the applicant, shall remain stayed.
