Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim order passed by this court restraining allotment of the quarters in question was vacated subsequently and that the quarter was already alloted to the 5th respondent, long back. Hence the petitioner is not intending to pursue the challenges raised, at present. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to her liberty to approach the authorities with request for allotment of quarters at present, subject to her eligibility.
2. Permission granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved as mentioned above.
