JUDGMENT / ORDER

Antony Dominic, J. 1. Appellant filed W.P(C).19364/14 challenging Ext.P16 order passed by the Arbitration Court in ARC.65/11 and Ext.P17, the consequential order by which her services were terminated. Learned single Judge declined to entertain the OP taking the view that the remedy available to the appellant is to pursue the statutory remedies that are provided for in the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act and it is this judgment which is under challenge before us.
2. It cannot be disputed that against the award of the Arbitration Court and the consequential Ext.P17 order, remedies are provided under the Kerala Co- operative Societies Act, 1969. If that be so, in view of the alternate remedy available to the appellant before the statutory forum as found by the learned single Judge, the conclusion of the learned Judge does not merit interference.
WA.1607/14 2
3. We are also informed that the appellant has already moved the Co-operative Tribunal and the Arbitration Court against Exts.P16 and P17 respectively. Counsel apprehends that inordinate delay will be caused in the disposal of these proceedings.
4. Taking note of the above submission and having regard to the fact that upon the decision of the aforesaid authorities, the fate of a Clerk Grade II depends, we direct that the Tribunal and the Arbitration Court will dispose of the proceedings now pending before them as expeditiously as possible on the production of a copy of this judgment.
Writ appeal is ordered accordingly.
