Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Arun Kumar Soni recasts his relief. He only prays that the petitioner may be provided a photocopy of the answersheet of Physics IInd Paper of the Intermediate examination conducted in the year 2018.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to providing the photocopy of the marksheet of the aforesaid paper to the petitioner.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending. The writ petition is being disposed of in the abovementioned terms.
It is open to the petitioner to take any further objection in accordance with law before the competent authority.
