Admittedly the writ court had disposed of the petition on 15 November 2017. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the period of three months therefrom would come to an end sometime on 25 February 2018.
In view thereof, this Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt at this stage.
The petition is consequently dismissed. It is however left open to the applicant to approach again in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
