The captioned Contempt Case has been filed alleging wilful disobedience with the order passed in I.A.No.12331/2013 in W.P.(C) No.3363/2013. When this matter is taken up for consideration,the learned Government Pleader submitted that in compliance with the directions in the said order the salary due to petitioner for the period from 1.11.2011 to 3.3.2013 have been disbursed. A copy of receipt issued therefor by the petitioner is also furnished for perusal. In the said circumstances, recording that fact, this Contempt Case is closed. Sd/-
