The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 139 of 2018 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on 09.08.2019 written statement and reply was filed on behalf of defendants no. 5 and 8.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates soon after all the defendants are duly served.
