Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following amongst other relief:-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 decide the restoration application in Case No. 1167 of 2009 U/s 9(a) (2) of the consolidation Act Jamshed Vs. Sukhai pending in the court of respondent no. 2."
It has been stated that a restoration application filed by the petitioner in February 2018 has not been disposed of till date.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the court concerned may endeavour to decide the restoration application as expeditiously, as possible.
