It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 618/1506024011 (Sheela Vs. Rampal) under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act pending before Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
