JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
