JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vinod Kumar Misra,J.
The petitioner contends that she is owner and landlord of the premises in question which has been let out to respondent no.5.
The petitioner does not want that respondent no.5 should be given an electricity connection.
In this regard, the petitioner may approach the competent authority and move an appropriate application which will be considered and decided by competent authority in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
