Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No.47 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act 1961, Police Station Tundala, District Firozabad.
The Court finds no ground accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant bearing in mind the invocation of Section 304B IPC as well as the fact that the death as allegedly caused is borne out from the postmortem report. There is also no credible foundation laid to establish that the applicant was not present on site at the time when the crime was allegedly committed.
The petition is dismissed accordingly.
