This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
" A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.2.2019 passed by respondent no. 2 and award the claim in favour of the petitioner."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the State of U.P.
From perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner is claiming compensation under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojna. The claim of the petitioner has not been accepted only on the ground that it was time barred.
The aforesaid scheme vide paragraph 21 provides for adjudication/resolution of such dispute regarding the non-admissibility of the claim by the District Level Committee to be headed by the In view of the aforesaid provision contained in the scheme, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the District Magistrate who shall refer it to the District Level Committee expeditiously, if possible within two months and ensure payment of compensation if so admissible to the petitioner accordingly.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
