Sri Man Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to Prayer-B and does not press the Prayer-A.
In the light of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners the appellate court is directed to decide the application for interim injunction submitted in Rent Control Appeal No. 44 of 2017 (Smt. Sheela Devi and others Vs Smt. Kastoori Devi and others). The interim injunction application shall be decided by the appellate court by 10.07.2019.
Till 10.07.2019 the petitioners shall not be evicted from the premises in question.
It is clarified that the appellate court shall decide the application as well as the appeal without being influenced by any observations made above.
The petition is disposed of.
