The petitioner had a regular permit as per Ext.P1. The vehicle which was running in the said permit was sought to be replaced and hence the petitioner had obtained a clearance certificate for the same. Within time, the petitioner produced a vehicle which however, had larger seating capacity than the earlier one in the permit. The petitioner has now produced another vehicle which she has obtained on lease and has made an application as per Ext.P3. In such circumstances, if the current records are in order, replacement shall be considered and orders passed at any rate, within three weeks from today. Mrcs The writ petition is disposed of.
