JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on completion of trial, the petitioner was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, by order dated 12.08.2014, in C.C.No.396 of 2010 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
