Sri C.K. Parekh, counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition giving better particulars.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.
It is clarified that notice of the writ petition proposed to be filed shall also be given to the counsel for the caveator.
