JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
This Review Petition is filed by the appellant inter alia contending that certain apparent errors have occurred in the judgment, which requires to be corrected. On a perusal of the grounds raised by learned counsel for the review petitioner, we find that the appeal was filed against the order passed in the Review Petition. The ground raised in the Review Petition before the learned Single Judge was that no one else was advised in the place of one Sajeev K. Joseph on account of his non joining. The Public Service Commission had clearly indicated that Lalu M.A was advised on 17.7.2006 in the vacancy that occurred on account of non joining of Sajeev K. Joseph. That was the issue pending before this Court in the appeal.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the review petitioner that in paragraph 3 of the judgment this Court had mentioned that the advise was in favour of one Arun. That RP.676/14 2 apparently is a mistake. In fact, the counter affidavit of PSC showed that Lalu M.A was the person advised in the place of non joining of Sajeev K. Joseph. That apart, we do not find any ground warranting review of the judgment. It is submitted by learned counsel for the review petitioner that the information received would disclose that only six vacancies were filled up. No such ground was raised before the learned Single Judge while filing the first review petition.
In the above circumstances, we find that there is no error apparent on the face of record warranting review of the judgment. Accordingly, the Review Petition is dismissed.
