Shesh Nath Singh And 3 Ors. vs Suhas L.Y., Collector/ D.M.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.3.2014 an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Sri Suhas L.Y., District Magistrate, Jaunpur which is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit that so far as applicant nos. 2 and 3 are concerned the order dated 30.30.2012 passed in Writ A No. 22196 of 2011 (Rakesh Kumar Dubey vs. State of U.P. and others) has been complied with and appointment letters have been issued so far as applicant nos. 1 and 4 are concerned they have become over age and letter has been written to the State Government for relaxation of age.

On the reqeust of learned standing counsel list this case on 27th May, 2014.
