After arguing for some time Sri K.C. Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition before the Lucknow Bench of this High Court as the interim order of which the petitioner is seeking benefit is passed by the Lucknow Bench of this High Court.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
