Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for quashing of the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No. 0197 of 2021 under Section 366 IPC, PS Jawan, District Aligarh, with a further prayer to stay his arrest during pendency of investigation of the said case.
Sri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA on instruction states that a final report under Section 173(2) CrPC dated 16.6.2021 has been submitted in the matter.
In view of the above development, nothing further survives to be decided in the instant matter.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
