Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State.
Although several prayers have been made in the instant petition, but counsel for the petitioner at the time of making oral submissions confined the same to prayer no. 1 which is for a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Mirzapur to ensure free and fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0197 of 2020, under Section 323, 326, 308, 304 IPC, PS Ahraura, District Mirzapur.
Learned AGA fairly states that the grievance of the petitioner can be examined and redressed by the Superintendent of Police.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3 with a detailed representation and a true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, he shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and do needful in the matter.
