JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the proceedings initiated by the respondent Bank under the SARFAESI Act. According to the 1st petitioner, the defaulted instalment would come to Rs. 80,000/- as on 14.11.2013 as evident from Ext. P1. The petitioners have approached this Court when the Advocate Commissioner issued notice on 11.6.2014 calling upon the petitioners to surrender possession consequent to an order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court. 2. The learned standing counsel for the petitioner submits that on receipt of Ext. P2 notice from the Advocate Commissioner, the petitioners had already approached the President of the Bank who has called upon the petitioners to remit Rs. 50,000/- before 25.10.2014 and the balance in easy instalments.
Having regard to the said submission, I do not think that any further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and accordingly the same is closed.
