ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring that the issuance of Form 13 B Certificate and making changes in revenue entries in favour of the deceased father of respondent Nos.5 to 7 in relation to an extent of Acs.65.03 guntas of agricultural land comprised in Sy.No.322/4 situated at Challur Village, Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District is null and void or in the alternative, to direct respondent No.2 to restore the Revision Petition No. F2/3456/2007 and decide the same on merits.”
After arguing the case, Sri A.Mahadev, the learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to avail any other remedy available in law.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioners as above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
W.P.M.P.No.1523 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
