Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 18.1.2019 is modified as follows:-
In the fifth line of Sixth paragraph of the order dated 18.1.2019 "One should be of a family member "" be deleted and the same shall be read as " One should be of relative ". Rest of the order will remain unchanged.
Modification application is accordingly disposed of.
