By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. T-201812560100097 (Shaukat Vs. Gaon Sabha), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. T-201812560100097 (Shaukat Vs. Gaon Sabha), in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
