The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Prescribed Authority to execute release order passed in P.A. Case No. 13/2010, under Section 21(1) of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972, within a stipulated time frame.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed today, in which it has been stated that the release order passed by the Prescribed Authority dated 15.2.2014 has attained finality, consequent to dismissal of the appeal on 22.9.2018.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the petition is disposed of by directing the Executing Court/Prescribed Authority to make all endeavour to conclude the proceedings of execution case No. 7/2016 expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
