JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. According to her, the 4th respondent has attempted to attack her. The demand of the 4th respondent is to part away the properties she is having to the 4th respondent, who is her brother-in-law.
2. Learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the 4th respondent has no intention to create any obstruction to the peaceful living of the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that on the basis of Ext.P2 complaint, necessary enquiry has been done and after the filing of the writ petition, no untoward incident has been reported by the police.
4. In the nature of the aforesaid factual situation, we are of the view that no direction as sought for is required to be passed in this writ petition. However, we only observe that if W.P.(C) No.25592 of 2013 -: 2 :-
there is any threat on the part of the 4th respondent or any other person, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the police, who shall look into the matter in accordance with law.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
