Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(a) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to decide the Case No. 49/115/10/26/T-2011054723, Satrughn Vs. Uttam Kumar and others pending before Respondent No.2 under section 34 Land Revenue Act, 1904."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2011.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
