This PIL has been filed to seek direction for protection of bungalow said to be 200 years old.
There is nothing on record to prove the age of the bungalow or to show to be a heritage building. Only a photograph has been enclosed. It cannot be said to be a heritage and the age of the building cannot be determined by a photograph and otherwise from appearance it does not seems to be a heritage building.
Accordingly, we do not find any issue of public interest for protection of the bungalow when no document about the age of the building is enclosed.
The PIL is dismissed, accordingly.
