Niloufer Akbar, AGA for R2) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari against the First Metropolitan Magistrate, Traffic Court, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru in C. Mis.385/2012 and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R On 01.03.2018, this Court had granted two weeks time for taking steps in respect of respondent No.1.
When the matter was posted on 10.1.2019, none appeared for the petitioners and no steps had been taken in respect of R-1. Hence, the matter was adjourned for today.
Even today there is no representing on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
