O R D E R The petitioners are before this Court assailing the tender notification dated 09.06.2014. The tender document on the face of it indicates that it was issued on 09.06.2014 and the supply period was for a period of six months. In that view, the period having lapsed, the prayer has rendered itself infructuous.
The petitions are accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
