The applicant, a life convict, has preferred this application for temporary bail on the ground that pre and post operational financial requirements and attending at the time of operation of hysterectomy of his wife, as certified by Medical Officer, Anand Nagarpalika General Hospital, dated 14/05/2012 where it is stated that operation of hysterectomy of wife of the applicant, is absolutely necessary and considering the above aspect and jail record of the applicant, I am inclined to grant 15 (fifteen)days of temporary bail from the date of release to the applicant on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions and that, on completion of the period of temporary bail, the applicant shall surrender in time.
4. The application is allowed accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the above extent.
