The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 1036 of 2015 (Shashi Kala Yadav and others Vs. Thakur Prasad Yadav), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur.
Considering the above, the instant application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, necessarily within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
