THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R This petition was listed on 04.01.2019 however, none appeared for the petitioner. The petition was directed to be listed today. There is no appearance for the petitioner even today.
2. The writ petition is filed seeking direction to the first Additional Family Court Judge, Bengaluru to dispose of this proceedings in M.C.No.3131/2015 expeditiously alleging that the respondent is deliberately protracting the proceedings. It is seen from the petition averments that proceedings in M.C.No.3131/2015 is initiated for dissolution of marriage, and the order sheet enclosed indicates that there has been repeated absence even on behalf of the petitioner. As such, this Court is of the considered opinion that no grounds are made for issuance of any direction.
3. Therefore, writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate request with the Family Court.
