Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State in Court today is taken on record.
Sri Rajesh Mishra, learned AGA has informed the Court that in the present case, the police after investigation has submitted a chargesheet on 26.1.2019 and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
