Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Budhanpur, Azamgarh to decide the Case No. T201715657061693 U/s 35 UP Revenue Code, 2006 and mutate the name of the petitioner within short stipulated period."
The petitioner is aggrieved as her mutation case filed in the year 2014 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
