Following orders were passed in the matter on 18.9.2019:-
"Submission is that though petitioner has secured marks above the cut off marks in the category of Schedule Caste but she has not been selected.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions in the matter. Post as fresh on 30th September 2019."
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, which is taken on record. According to the instructions petitioner has scored 226.8079 marks, while the cut off marks in respect of her category is 229.7865. Copy of the instructions has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the fact that petitioner has scored marks below the cut off, she can have no grievance.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
