ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner for One Time Settlement.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to decide the proposal submitted by the petitioner under ‘One Time Settlement’ scheme in accordance with law by a speaking order, if not already decided within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
