This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant praying for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to expedite the Misc. Case No.2742/2016 arising out of Case Crime No.259/2015, under Sections 420, 406, 120B, IPC, P.S. Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad.
Submission is that the applicant has earlier approached this Court for expediting the hearing of her trial. The aforesaid application was disposed of vide order dated 20.1.2017 being Application Under Section 482 No.2012 of 2017 directing the court below to conclude the trial most expeditiously. It is submitted that since no time limit was fixed, therefore, the court below has not made any effort to conclude the same. There is no evidence on record that the applicant ever filed a copy of the earlier order passed by this Court, therefore, no relief can be granted to the applicant. It is, however, open for the applicant to bring to the notice of the court below the earlier order dated 20.1.2017 passed by this Court in application Under Section 482 No.2012 of 2017.
