Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the District in the writ petition.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case bearing no. 1482 of 2012-2013 (Shashi and Rekha Devi Vs. Smt. Ramveti) under section 34/35 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, pending in the Court of Tahseeldar Chhibramau, District Kannauj, Kannauj may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case bearing no. 1482 of 2012-2013 (Shashi and Rekha Devi Vs. Smt. Ramveti) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
