The cause which has been sought in a writ petition relating to construction of houses and latrines closed to a river can very very be agitated by the petitioner before respondent No. 2- District Magistrate, Allahabad.
In view of it, we are not inclined to interfere with the same. The petitioner is granted liberty to agitate his cause before the District Magistrate, Allahabad and if any representation in that regard has already been given, the same shall be considered and decided by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate expeditiously. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
